# PAST PRODUCTIONS

## THE MALTHOUSE

Click here to see our [Recent Shows](https://studio61.org.uk/recent?hsLang=en), all performed at Wolverhampton Arts Centre (formerly Newhampton Arts Centre). We moved there in 2022 and here you can see our [Earlier Shows at WAC](https://studio61.org.uk/earlier?hsLang=en).

From 2011 to 2020 we performed at [The Victory Hall](https://studio61.org.uk/victory-hall?hsLang=en) in Lower Penn where we installed black curtains, a lighting rig and raked seating to create a 'black box' theatre.

**Between 1999 and 2011 we set up The Malthouse at Wightwick Manor as an intimate studio theatre (thanks in no small part to Monty Smith being both a member of Studio 61 and the retiring property manager at Wightwick).**

In 1992 we moved to the Derry Hall at [Wolverhampton Grammar School](https://studio61.org.uk/wgs?hsLang=en) where we presented both 'on stage' and 'in the round' productions.

Prior to this we performed at [The Adult Education College](https://studio61.org.uk/adult-college?hsLang=en) in Old Hall Street in the (then) town centre.

The group first produced plays at The Wolverhampton and Staffordshire [Technical College](https://studio61.org.uk/technical-college?hsLang=en) in Wulfruna Street, now part of the University.
